We Review & Approve Your Application

Our team reviews every application personally. We're looking for established businesses with real purchasing intent — not brokers looking to flip single pallets or individuals posing as businesses.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you'll receive a personal invitation link sent to your business email. This link is unique to you — it expires after use and cannot be forwarded to anyone else.

Click your invitation link to open the registration page at portal.saminusa.shop. Set your password, enter your business details (company name, address, tax ID if applicable), and your account is live in under two minutes.

Your credentials are yours alone. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and your password is stored as a one-way hash — even our team cannot see it. Sessions expire automatically after 8 hours of inactivity.

Your portal gives you real-time access to our full catalog. Search by product name, SKU, UPC, or brand. Filter by category, price range, or availability. Every product page shows pack details, case dimensions, pallet TI×HI, and — for international buyers — the HS code for customs filing.

Minimum order is 1 full pallet. You may mix products across categories on the same pallet — the system calculates the pallet count for you.

الحد الأدنى للطلب هو بالت كامل واحد. يمكنك دمج منتجات من فئات مختلفة في نفس البالت — يحسب النظام عدد البالتات تلقائياً.

Once you submit your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number, itemized list, total amount, and payment instructions. We accept:

Once payment clears, your order is released to our warehouse team. You'll receive a dispatch notification when freight is booked and a tracking number once your shipment is picked up by the carrier.
